Dr. Vevek Parikh, MD is a dual board-certified Diagnostic and Interventional Radiologist with over 10 years of experience providing advanced, minimally invasive imaging-guided care. He is currently accepting new patients and is known for his thoughtful, patient-centered approach.
Dr. Parikh earned his medical degree from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine and completed extensive postgraduate training, including internships in Orthopaedic Surgery at Saint Louis University School of Medicine and General Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco. He went on to complete his Diagnostic Radiology Residency at the University of Arizona College of Medicine, followed by advanced Interventional Radiology Fellowship training through Indiana University.
He is dual board certified by the American Board of Radiology in Diagnostic Radiology and Interventional Radiology and has clinical expertise in a wide range of procedures, with particular focus on conditions such as arthritis, knee and shoulder pain, embolization, venous disease, tumor ablation, vertebral compression fractures, and women's health.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Parikh has contributed to medical research as an author of several peer-reviewed articles, reflecting his ongoing commitment to evidence-based medicine and continued learning.
