About Dr. Puranik

Rohit Puranik, MD, is a highly experienced physician at Centers for Pain Control and Vein Care, serving patients across Northwest Indiana. With triple board certifications, Dr. Puranik provides a comprehensive approach to treating both chronic pain and vein conditions, helping patients improve comfort, mobility, and overall quality of life.

Dr. Puranik earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. He completed his anesthesiology residency at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine, followed by a fellowship in chronic and interventional pain medicine at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, Illinois.
