Wheelchairs or an assistant is needed at the front door for patients who are severely immobilized & on walkers. Nursing staff seem closed off & unaccessible behind the glass partitions to incoming patients . I understand Covid, but the change in the office flow seems odd. There should be mercy & grace extended to patients who have mobility problems instead of charging a $25 delayed/ late fee. Some patients live long distances & rides are a problem

Dr Ho is compassionate, kind, honest with his explaining his plan of care. He will help relieve your suffering with pain. He is nonjudgmental & honest in explaining short term & longterm goals of care. He has a team of nurses who appear to be educated & nonjudgmental in the care of patients with chronic longterm back problems. I would say that patients are just trying to live fairly healthy lives with minimal pain & to stay alive for themselves & their families. Dr. Hi has improved my quality of life.
