I had an injection in my back. I did not feel anything and was without pain for 1 and a half days. Dr Ho talked to me prior and explained what all he was going to do.

Samara is a rare commodity in compassion, professionalism, and helping beyond the expectation one hopes for being vulnerable and in chronic pain. She is so personable and real and cares. She listens and applies that information to valid scenarios that address pain and she makes plans to systematically work toward healing. She is a valuable asset for us patients who rely on her expertise to move forward and navigate a very tedious process of pain and managing it. She sets clear goals and she does not set unrealistic expectations. She is amazing and anyone in her care is blessed to have her worming on their behalf.

The Pain Clinic Staff are all very knowledgeable and professional. They know your name and welcome you. Dr Ho is an excellent Doctor. I have NEVER felt that I’m just another patient. My visit was pleasant and I felt very comfortable. The receptionist was very nice and easy to speak with. I was pleased with how thorough Dr. Maxfield was with my issues and how clear he was about drug abuse. “very professional“ Dr. Maxfield was able to fill me in on a couple of things about my lower back I didn’t know about. He told me about a loose screw in my lower back that was discovered at my last CT scan done at Laporte Hospital. I had no knowledge of this at all till he told me. He said this could be causing a lot of my current problems. He set me up to have another MRI scheduled before my next visit with him. The centers for pain management is less than five minutes from my house which makes it very convenient for me. So far I am a 100% satisfied patient.
