But the call center / system Sucks !
Same with billing call center !
It’s no wonder we need medication ?
In pain already in neck ! Then need
More meds to deal with his office !
System should be smooth ! But it’s not
Working ! ! Don’t like to B & Moan !

Dr. Ho has been my doctor a little over 5yrs. He listens when I need him to. Also he is personable. The rest of the staff is very nice, and I think that they do there best to be accommodating.
