As a new patient I thought that I would have a long wait to see the doc.
I was taken to the back rather quickly and started the process of becoming a patient. Dr. Maxfield came in promptly after the nurse getting all of my history. He explained everything in language I could understand. He did not act like he was in a hurry to get me out of the office. He took his time and listened intently to what I had to say. Probably one of the best experiences with a doc.

My visit was fine but I found it frustrating that after being in the hospital in icu for almost 2 weeks and having surgery that it took me almost 3 WEEKS to get an appointment after my discharge to adjust my pain medication...I hope that you can address this problem and make some changes especially patients who have been in your care for years....

Everybody was nice and respectful, just things though you have an appointment and it's always an hour later than what your scheduled. Isn't getting someone to take you to the appointment and then have to sit there and wait longer than expected.
