Almost everything has been great. The only thing that happened was when I was waiting in the office, they called for David to come back. So I went back with the nurse. Apparently, there were two David's appointments at the same time roughly. I believe the nurse who called me back said that she was told that the other David was there when in fact he wasn't. But I don't believe my last name was checked nor was my birthday at least at the very beginning of the encounter. Somebody noticed the confusion and stopped the encounter. Perhaps eventually I would have been asked what my name and birth date was before any procedure was done. I'm not really upset. Things like that happen. I mentioned it only as a cautionary statement. Please don't call out the nurse individually on this event. She'll probably figure out who was the person that complained about it. Thanks again for everything

The only issue I had was not being told what was next in the initial appointment. I could not inform my Medicare Transportation of time for pickup
