I'm reluctant on rating Dr. Ho off of one office visit. I still have to wait another month for treatment. Dr Ho did record his office notes about our visit in front of me. He told me to let him know if I disagreed or if I didn't understand something to let him know. Dr Ho and his staff were very professional. I was treated with respect by him and his staff.

I was very happy and impressed and relieved that he is very knowledgeable about my condition, I didn’t have to explain what it was because he already knew. It’s not very common for doctors to know and understand POTS and that it affects everyone differently. Dr. Maxfield was very kind and considerate!

Very quick, the staff was very careing, I went in for my back injection, they were very willing to answer any question I ask and made sure I understood everything about why I was there.

They always conduct business professionally & try to be thorough. I know it is probably a typical response to try to control medications, but I have requested a slight increase the last couple of visits & they will not honors my request. I just accept this even though I hurt every day. Otherwise I am happy with their services.
