He is very nice & really listens to me. Never seems to be in a rush. He automatically knows how to help me right away. I have been helped so much that most of the time I’am pain free. They don’t throw drugs at you, but really fix what is wrong. The best I’ve felt in 50 years. I was hurting 24 hours a day before. I can do so much without pain! Very happy

I'm reluctant on rating Dr. Ho off of one office visit. I still have to wait another month for treatment. Dr Ho did record his office notes about our visit in front of me. He told me to let him know if I disagreed or if I didn't understand something to let him know. Dr Ho and his staff were very professional. I was treated with respect by him and his staff.

I was very happy and impressed and relieved that he is very knowledgeable about my condition, I didn’t have to explain what it was because he already knew. It’s not very common for doctors to know and understand POTS and that it affects everyone differently. Dr. Maxfield was very kind and considerate!
