It was good my only concern is if a patient is in need of a appointment or in risk of not being able to get his medicine then someone should reach out and let the patient know instead of letting them lose the right to medicine!

I needed to know that she understood my pain and to get my MRI done. I needed this done so that I could get to the next step of my recovery. She also understands the need for the pain meds until I'm able to get the treatment I need to get to the next step. I really want to get to the point where I'm able to move my arms with little to no pain. I know w can do this
