Chelsea was fantastic, she was truly concerned about my knee. Gave me great advice if I happen to get sick with it. Wants me to come back in a month to see what the orthopedic doctor finds out. Also got my script in really fast, because she seen how much pain I was in. What a great person, a real keeper! Thank you Chelsea you are wonderful!!!!!

Dr. Chelsea Dalton was Fantastic. She explained everything to me and listened to everything I had to say. When I arrived (1 hour early), the staff at the front desk were Awesome!!! I spoke with one person (forgive me I do not know her name, but she had long blonde hair) was so Incredible, kind and I loved talking with her. The entire staff was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the procedure process that was going to be performed on me.
I would absolutely recommend to anyone in need of this type of treatment to the CPC for care.

I think the questions at the end of signing in, is a bunch of bullshit.
I would like to understand how, (what happened to me,…)
at 4-17 years of age impacts my pain treatment.
Nor, do I believe it’s anyone’s business now,…no one cared then.
What was then,,, WAS THEN
Don’t ever expect me to revisit that hell in my life.

I was very pleased with my first visit. I think she was amazing! She actually listened and figured out what might be happening and is trying to get answers. I am very hopeful that she will be able to figure out what is happening and help me get the pain relief that I desperately need. I am so very appreciative and grateful that she is who I got to see. i have been going to you people about 12 years
this is the first time i went to highland the people are great
did not hold it against me coming from vapo
only thing i hope is when i call in my drugs
i do not have a smart phone

Dr Maxfield is very nice and smart and honest man. He takes the time to talk and give good advice, doesn’t push for anything if you don’t want it. He lets it be your decision. I definitely would recommend him if you have pain.
