I have always been most pleased with the check-in and out staff. Polite, sincere, no frills, getting the job done with compassion. Very nice. The clinic staff are also polite, empathetic, and great listeners. I have been pleased with the Nurse Practioners. Chelsea had to listen to me "bend" her ear over local pharmacy supply issues for most pain medications for the past FOUR months. This nice lady never once interrupted and apologized over something she nor Dr. Puranik had any control over. While I was frustrated Chelsea was a great listener plus very empathetic but "matter of fact" in her reasoning with me.

I have no problems with the service I received in either office. I don’t know why I have to come in the day after the injection it’s a 45min drive and I was in the office waiting to the dr. for 40 min and then seen for 510 minutes. I again have no problems
with the quality of my appts just this one.thing
