I love Dr. Ho and the care he provides. My only complaint is the amount of time spent in the office. A more streamline process would be appreciated by patients in pain. Telephone or video appointments being offered when applicable to relieve long office wait times.

He's a straight forward person and don't beat around the bush when it comes to your health issues. That's what alot of doctors should take notes and learn from him.

Staff are very professional and at the same time have empathy knowing the reason your there is seeking help for the pain your in. I am in a lot of back and neck pain currently and the team
is working hard to help me. I do wish appointments were not so far apart though.

Nice to have a Dr. That cares. Let me speak and actually listen to my needs. Beginning of a great relationship. I have actual health issues he listened to all of them and is helping me instead of telling me what procedure to do. He tells me options we speak what is best to get quality of life for me. Thank you

Everyone is very friendly and helpful ever since I've been seeing the doctor I haven't had any pain in my back and if I do it's probably a 3 out of 10
