the Staff checked me with a smile I could see it in their eyes since we all had mask on I’m getting great at that lol . Took vitals and put the IV in pretty much pain free. The Anesthesiologist explained the process of his duty and asked if I had any questions. Then Dr Ho came and explained the procedure and asked if I had any questions or concerns. I know the process pretty good by now since I have been a patient there for about 10 years. I have to say they are awesome and without them my quality of life would not be good. Thank you all !!!
